Every room and chair is a tile: who is in it, how long is left, what is owing. Walk-ins, appointments booked ahead and mobile visits, by touch or by keyboard.

Each tile works out its own state every second from timestamps, so timers and the overtime alarm keep going through a dropped connection.

Your website

A website for the venue, with today's roster on it.

Every venue gets a simple public website. Who is in today and this week comes straight from the roster the front desk already keeps: change a shift in the console and the site changes with it. Only the name and photos each provider chose — never a private record, and never where else they work.

Money

Every dollar accounted for, line by line.

Each line of a booking carries its own house and provider share, entered as dollars or a percentage and frozen the moment it is saved. History is never edited: an add-on is a new line, a refund goes back the way it came, and a payout settles whole appointments — so paying commission twice is impossible, not merely unlikely.

Greenroom

Private by design.

On their phone it is simply “Greenroom”. Each therapist, stylist or technician sees their own appointments, earnings, roster, photos and the services they offer. They never see who a client is or reception's notes — and a business never learns where else they work.

  • Client phone numbers are encrypted. Reception sees the last three digits; opening the whole number is an action that is recorded.
  • Their private record — ID checked, emergency contact — is opened only by a named member of staff, and every opening is audited.
  • Photos are re-encoded on upload. No location data, no original file, nothing to leak.
