Questions

Before you start

Do I need a card to start?
No. The trial is 14 days on the Venue plan, with every feature. When it ends we send an invoice for the plan you choose; nothing is charged automatically and no card is stored.
How is it billed?
By invoice, monthly or yearly, in Australian dollars with GST included. A yearly plan is ten months' worth — two months free — and is invoiced once for the year.
What counts as a provider or a staff login?
A provider is anyone on your books who sees clients — a therapist, stylist or nail technician — and is not archived; archived providers do not count. A staff login is a member of your team: an owner, a manager or a receptionist. A manager who works at two of your venues is one login.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, at any time. Limits apply when something is added, so a plan with fewer spots than you use simply stops you adding more until you make room.
What happens when the trial ends?
Your business becomes read-only from the next trading-day boundary — never in the middle of a shift — until an invoice is paid. Nothing is deleted, and reception can still clock people out and close the drawer.
Can I take my data with me?
Yes. The owner can export the whole business at any time, and each provider can export their own record. A closed business's personal information is deleted 90 days after it closes.
Is it private for my team?
Greenroom, the provider's app (“Greenroom” is all their phone says), shows them only their own appointments, earnings, roster, photos and services, and never reveals a client's name, reception's notes, or that they work anywhere else.
